Jumpsuits Hot or NOT?
Bronze Goddess
- Keep the skin super moisturized daily so that when using fake tanners they will not streak on dry, cracked skin
- Before using self tanners, make sure you exfoliate really good
- Do not apply the self tanner directly to the face, since it will probably streak and leave funny looking spots and marks, but rather mix a dab of self tanner in your daily face lotion before applying, so it will be a gradual tan that will not streak.
- After applying the self tanner make sure you don't wear clothes to leave spots for at least a couple hours, or at least wear super loose clothing.
- Use self tanners when you have at least four hours to be inside the house, because wearing tight clothes will leave nasty marks.
- To enhance bronzed skin, pearly white teeth are a big bonus, so whiten them on a regular basis
The best tanning products in my opinion are Clarins Gelee, it will leave skin looking golden bronzed, not orange. For a face bronzer, I recommend any Guerlain products, since they make the absolute best bronzers. Crest white strips are easy, cheap and quick way to get your teeth sparkling white!

Eat Fresh and Healthy
- Always buy fresh fruits and veggies from street vendors, they are much cheaper then the local supermarket. Fresh fruits make great mid-day snacks, just make sure you wash them good before enjoying
- Buy whole grain bread from the local bakery for a super healthy and delicious fresh bread.
- Pair the bread with dark and spicy salami from the local deli (buy thin slices) and for a delicious healthy savory sandwich
- Snack on Laughing Cow fat free spreadable cheese! It's an incredibly flavorful rich fat free snack!
- Skip out on the sugary sodas and juices, and replace them with water or diet drinks (No, they will not give you cancer if they are "diet")
- Snapple and other sweet teas are very dangerous with more grams of sugar than some deserts!
- For dinner, experience with stir Fry. A stir fry is a quick, healthy and flavorful dinner that can encompass any taste you desire.
- It is OK to splurge on a small desert every once in a while, just don't make a habit of it. If you cut out the desert completely, then you will one day give in and eat a whole cake!
- Get your latte at Starbucks "Skinny" for a much lighter, healthier choice
- Don't be afraid of walking, it's a free and fun cardio workout
- Always carry an antibacterial disinfectant with you so that your hands stay germ free after touching the dirty surfaces in the city.
- Take vitamins A, E and C for extra antioxidants so that you will not catch colds during flu season.
- At home snack on granola and yogurt for a sweet delicious treat.
- It is not hard to stay healthy, as long as you cut out unnecessary carbs and sugars out of your daily diet. This does not mean you have to go on a "diet", it just means you have to be smart about what you eat and avoid white breads, fried foods, sugary juices and deserts

Bikini Season
- Always have breakfast. It gives you the most energy so you can take on a new day.
- Eat whole grains and get rid of white bread.
- Drink lots and lots of water and stop drinking sodas and fruit juices.
- Start a routine exercise schedule that you can stick to it.
- Walk rather than take cab or the subway. Walking is the best natural cardio exercise and it is for FREE
- Cut back on Alcohol which is full of sugars and unnecessary carbs and fats
- Take Vitamins daily. As a personal experience, I have learned that they benefit the body miraculously.
- Try fake tans. The sun has dangerous UV rays which can cause premature aging of the skin, but who doesn't love a bronze babe? So try the bottle tans, they work just as well, maybe better!
- Laugh more. Stress causes bad eating habits so by being more relaxed, you can work on creating a balanced diet daily.
- Try to cook your own food rather than eating out. You never know what they put in your food, so the safest way to get the healthiest meal is for yourself to cook it!

Spring is here
It is now time to welcome Spring back into our closets! Get out the pastels, the whites, and the colorful! What is in this season is soft pinks with antique finishes. White always looks great on a bronze skin, so go get Sunkist...but not too much since it can be dangerous for your health.
- Short frilly skirts are back in!!!
- Tube tops and long lean tanks, in solid colors
- Accessorize with sea accessories
- Wear light, eye popping makeup
- Find those sandals and start wearing them again
- Drink in style! Have a glass of rose wine :)

Toga Dress
The answer is easy!
- Find a linen sheet
- Cut it in 4 rectangular pieces: 2 small for the chest and 2 big for the bodice and skirt
- Tie the two smaller pieces around your neck like a halter
- Wrap another piece of fabric around your body starting right under the chest.
- Secure the halter and the piece around your body with decorative golden rope
- Lastly, wrap the other bigger piece of fabric around your hips and Voila!
So now you can party like a Greek in style!

How to Look Expensive
- Big fake metal earrings (please, it is obvious you spent $5 on them, you are better off not wearing any earrings at all)
- Plastic jewelry - You are not a 6 year old kid, so grow up and get some grown-up jewelry
- Too much jewelry, especially if it is NOT real can make you look like you are trying a bit too hard, and WILL indeed make you look very cheap.
- Colorful Boots- We all know you bought them at the $10 store down the street...
- Too many colors at once- You are a human, not a rainbow
- Long, goofy plastic nails
- Rainbow makeup
- Colorful tights look horrible on ANYONE! especially the ones with prints on them, so avoid them at all times!
How to Look Lux for LESS:
- Wear minimal, fine jewelry
- Wood accessories can also look expensive compared to fake metals and plastics + they are green products :)
- you can spend more money on a statement jewelry piece that IS actually expensive instead of buying loads of cheap crap: invest in a nice, gold cocktail ring to show off your pretty fingers, but please don't get a fake one, they look like crap...
- Shop at discount: This does not mean go buy everything that is on sale from the cheaper stores but rather go to EXPENSIVE stores and shop their sales section...Trust me, you will find stuff there for the price of discount stores but for amazing quality
- When shopping, try to pick simple styles, they are always in style
- Pick solid colors as opposed to prints when shopping at cheaper stores since prints often lose their colors after washing.
- Have a simple French manicure or plain light colored shorter nails to look sophisticated
- When buying shoes, select neutral colors, such as brown, tan, ivory and black...they will never go out of style and will match everything you have...Don't buy colorful shoes unless you have a lot of $, since most of the cheaper ones looks ridiculously trashy.
- Wear neutral makeup: foundation, light blush, pale lips and cat eye to look sexy and sophisticated with class....

Sweater dresses are the easiest style to adopt this season since they are chic and flirty and at the same time keep you warm and feeling feminine. Dresses are a much better pick than any jeans and sweater and you will definatley receive more compliments the more you wear them. Rememer though: with sweaterdresses, it can be easy to over do the look by over-accessorizing and wearing heels that demand too much attention. So keep it simple, with a couple accessories such as scarfs, tights, belt and matching boots...

- Always dress according to occasion and weather: Don't wear short skirts or tank tops in winter or furry boots in the summer.
- Always match your accessories with your clothing
